ABOUT US

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE.
DRIVEN BY PURPOSE.

We’re Orlando and Candace, the owners of Foam2Go. We bring hands-on industry experience, a passion for our community, and a shared commitment to helping Florida businesses find practical solutions for EPS foam recycling.

OUR STORY
A SHARED CONCERN FOR TODAY AND TOMORROW

Foam2Go grew from a simple belief: foam waste doesn’t have to end up in a landfill.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Foam2Go helps businesses manage EPS waste through mobile densification, scheduled recovery services, and industrial recycling equipment.

After seeing firsthand how much EPS foam businesses generate, and how difficult and expensive it can be to manage, we saw an opportunity to provide a better solution.

Our backgrounds are very different, but they complement each other. Orlando brings years of experience in recycling, materials, equipment and market development. Candace brings decades of experience in community service, relationship building and working with people.

Together, we created Foam2Go to help businesses recycle smarter, reduce waste and find practical solutions that work for their operations, while doing something positive for the communities we call home.

MEET ORLANDO
OPERATIONS, PROBLEM SOLVING AND A PASSION FOR THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY

Orlando has worked in the recycling industry since 2015, when he entered the automotive and junk-car recycling business. What started with automobiles quickly became a fascination with the materials themselves, seeing what others considered waste separated, recovered and given another useful life.

That early experience led him deeper into recycling and eventually into plastics brokerage. Orlando gained experience working across plastic resin categories 1–7, developing markets and building relationships throughout the recycling industry. His work also took him beyond the United States, where he helped train brokers in Central and South America.

Over the years, Orlando learned that successful recycling is about much more than collecting material. It requires understanding the material, the equipment, transportation, processing and, most importantly, whether there is a viable market for what is being recovered.

Today, he brings that experience to Foam2Go, helping businesses evaluate their EPS waste streams, determine the right processing approach and find solutions that make sense operationally and financially.

For Orlando, transparency and long-term relationships matter. Foam2Go works with equipment manufacturers and recycling markets that he believes can provide customers with dependable, responsible solutions, not simply the quickest sale.

I enjoy finding practical solutions for materials that others see as waste. There’s value there, and I love the challenge of making it work.

MEET CANDACE
RELATIONSHIPS, COMMUNITY AND A PASSION FOR FLORIDA

Candace brings more than 20 years of nonprofit and community-service experience to Foam2Go, including a long career with the YMCA.

Throughout that career, her work has centered on people. She has supported programs serving children and teens, older adults and individuals with special needs, while also working in areas such as human resources and program development. That experience taught her how to listen, understand what people need, build relationships and create programs that make a meaningful difference.

A lifelong Floridian, Candace also has a deeply personal connection to the environment Foam2Go is working to protect. She loves being outdoors, especially around Florida’s rivers, beaches and waterways, and has watched the state continue to grow and change.

For her, sustainability isn’t an abstract idea. It is about what Florida will look like years from now, what happens to the waste being generated today and what kind of environment will be left for future generations.

At Foam2Go, Candace brings that people-first perspective to customer relationships, community outreach and the company’s long-term vision. She wants businesses to see that responsible recycling can be both practical and achievable—and that many small changes can add up to something much bigger.

WOMAN-OWNED BUSINESS

Candace is the majority owner of Foam2Go, making Foam2Go a woman-owned business.

That ownership structure reflects the important role Candace plays in the company and also positions Foam2Go to pursue opportunities with corporations, government agencies and organizations that actively seek to work with diverse and woman-owned suppliers.

For us, being woman-owned is one part of a larger commitment: building a responsible business, creating strong relationships and helping organizations find better ways to manage their EPS waste.
