TWO WAYS TO RECYCLE YOUR EPS
We’ll help determine which option makes the most sense for your operation.
1
ON-SITE MOBILE DENSIFYING
IDEAL FOR STEADY OR LARGE VOLUMES
Our mobile densifying truck arrives at your facility with its own equipment and generator. We process your EPS on site, creating dense, stackable material ready for recycling.

How On-Site Densifying Works
1. Tell Us About Your Foam. Share your foam type, rough volume, and location. Photos help. We’ll confirm whether it qualifies and recommend the right service.
2. Free On-Site Evaluation. We visit, look at your foam and site access, and set a schedule. That can be a one-time cleanout or recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits.
3. Our Truck Arrives Fully Self-Contained. The densifier and its generator travel on our truck. We need a parking spot near your foam, but no power hookup and no space inside your building.
4. We Densify On Site. Loose EPS comes out as solid, dense blocks, with up to 90:1 volume reduction. A pile that filled your dock can fit on a few pallets.
5. We Haul It Away for Recycling. We load the densified material and deliver it to recycling processors, where it becomes new products. Your dock is clear.
2
SCHEDULED LOOSE EPS PICKUP
IDEAL FOR SMALLER OR PERIODIC VOLUMES
For facilities where on-site densifying isn’t practical, we can collect qualifying loose EPS on a scheduled route and densify it at our facility.

How Scheduled Pickup Works
1. Confirm You’re in Our Service Area. Tell us your location and typical volume. Scheduled pickup is available within 25 miles of our Tampa facility.
2. Get Your Pickup Schedule. We add you to a regular route, such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly, based on how much foam you generate.
3. Keep It Clean and Ready. Store clean EPS in a dedicated bin, cage, or bagged area, separate from trash.
4. We Collect, Densify, and Recycle. We pick up your loose foam, densify it at our facility, and send it to recycling processors.
YOU’RE PAYING TO HAUL AIR
EPS foam is approximately 98% air, which means it fills containers quickly while adding very little weight. Densifying dramatically reduces that volume, helping reduce disposal and transportation costs while freeing up valuable space.
